Align the fit note before you load
Many extra loops come from mismatched carry scope, not from a shortage of gear adjectives.
Before writing a pack-load frame, align four items: day purpose, shoulder fit, hip-belt position, and handoff owner. Putting those four items on one fit note often reduces back-and-forth more than renaming a pack model. This note is educational. It is not ergonomic certification or medical advice, and it does not guarantee a carry result. Read the pack manual as well.
Points
- Write the day before the gear list
- Ask one question per checkpoint
- Use the same go/pause language
- Update the sheet instead of creating a side conversation
